Key Responsibilities:

1. **Supervise Team Operations**: Manage daily activities in the paint shop, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

2. **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure finished products meet specifications and customer requirements.

3. **Coordinate Workflow**: Organize work schedules and allocate tasks to team members, optimizing resource use for maximum efficiency.

4. **Maintain Equipment**: Ensure that all painting equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning, coordinating repairs when necessary.

5. **Train Staff**: Provide training and guidance to team members on safe practices, equipment use, and quality standards.

6. **Report Generation**: Prepare reports on production metrics, efficiency, and quality issues for management review.
