Job Description

Blister Packaging Machine Operator (Experience in Operating & Maintenance)

Operate and maintain blister packaging machines efficiently.

Set up the machine as per production requirements.

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure product quality and minimize machine downtime.

Follow SOPs, GMP, and all safety guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.

Record production and maintenance activities accurately.

Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to resolve machine issues.

Skill:

Hands-on experience in operating blister packaging machines.

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read machine manuals and work instructions in English.

Good understanding of preventive maintenance.

Attention to quality, safety, and productivity.
