Packing Helper - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Packing Helper to assist in packaging, labeling, and organizing products in our warehouse/facility. The ideal candidate should have good physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack, wrap, and label items as per product standards

Sort, organize, and place materials/items on racks, shelves, or in bins

Assist in loading/unloading goods as required

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area

Follow company safety policies and procedures

Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors

Use basic tools like tape machines, shrink wrap, and hand trolleys

Work with team members to meet daily packaging targets

Required Skills:

Ability to lift heavy packages (as per safety standards)

Basic knowledge of packaging materials and tools

Strong attention to detail

Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours

Team player with a positive attitude

Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 8th pass or ITI
