job responsibilities: -
• manage all aspects of the bakery outlet store, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
• train, motivate, and supervise store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• ensure the store is properly staffed at all times and create employee schedules.
• monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• maintain accurate inventory levels, place orders for bakery products, and handle deliveries.
• ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customers.
• handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
• implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
• monitor and adhere to health and safety regulations and food quality standards.
• prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide regular updates to management.
• collaborate with the bakery team to ensure products are fresh, properly displayed, and meet quality standards.
• stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed business decisions.
qualifications:
• previous experience in retail management or bakery management is preferred.
