Job description

Designation: Process Associates (Outbound Sales - US PROCESS)

Product: Merchant Services (TV, Phone connection, Broadband)

Shift Time: 6:30 P:M to 3:30 A:M

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation (10th/12th Pass candidates with experience in sales tele calling is also fine).

Location Indore (MP)

Experience: 0-5 years.

Function/ Department: Sales

Responsibilities:

Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling.

Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis.

Noting important details of each conversation.

Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress.

Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication.

Prior experience as a Tele caller or Banking or Sales or similar role.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Freshers with good command over English can apply.

Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point.

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
