Urgent Requirement For Oracle Hrms Functional Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to support, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS HCM modules. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, technical development, integrations, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze HR business requirements and prepare functional/technical specs

Configure and customize Oracle HRMS/HCM modules

Develop reports, integrations, and extensions using BI Publisher and APIs

Plan and execute data migration and conversion activities

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support

Prepare detailed documentation and deliver user training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules

Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations

Ability to manage end-to-end HRMS implementations and support

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
