Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant Jobs

We are seeking an Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to support, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS HCM modules. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, technical development, integrations, and end-user support.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze HR business requirements and prepare functional/technical specsConfigure and customize Oracle HRMS/HCM modulesDevelop reports, integrations, and extensions using BI Publisher and APIsPlan and execute data migration and conversion activitiesPerform unit testing, integration testing, and support UATTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application supportPrepare detailed documentation and deliver user training sessionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modulesHands-on experience with PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Fast FormulasExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrationsAbility to manage end-to-end HRMS implementations and supportStrong communication and stakeholder management skills

1. Participate in the high level and detailed level requirements discussion with stakeholders.2. Technical deliverables for this Internal Recruitment in Taleo project and any other projects.3. Changes to the existing two-way interfaces between HRMS and Taleo4. interface changes5. Reports and Dashboard Changes6. Complete development/modification of Taleo Client Connect (TCC) scripts for the Internal Recruitment in Taleo project and any other projects7. Complete development of Python scripts/Batch scripts for exports and imports to and from Taleo to the target system8. Prepare Technical Solution Design Document9. Prepare other documentation as per IT standards if required10.Provide knowledge transfer to production support team

Should have 4+ experience as HRMS Techno Functional consultant with module expertise in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll Added advantage if worked on OTL or PMS Or Oracle Learning Management and IRecruitment modules.Should be familiar in writing Fast Formula for Core HR, Payroll , Absence ManagementWell familiar with requirement gathering, and preparing documents like Fit gap Analysis, BR100, User Manuals , TE040 with Test case scenarios, preparing prototype and conducting CRPs, perform system and integration testing , conduct UAT , Conduct Trainings, Train the Trainer, Conduct Knowledge Transition.Should be Excellent in SQL, PL/SQL, RICE components like BI/XML Reports, Interfaces , APIs, Conversations , Extensions, customizations, Personalization, Basic of Unix, AOL Components.SkillsFunctionalExperience in Oracle Payroll 11i with 1-2 implementation experienceLead the technical functional teamExperience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, functional specifications, testing deploymentGood communication skills able to manage CRP, user training UATShould have thorough knowledge of middle east statutory Payroll requirement's (Income Tax/ESI/PF/PT)Mandatory: atleast 1 full life cycle payroll implementationPreferably: Middle East Payroll implementation
