• Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in any Multinational Company in operations role.
• High Proficiency in English - Written and Verbal.
• Worked with Shared Services module or with Third Party client is preferred.
• Involved in Process Transition will be an added advantage especially in PTP – Procure to Pay.
• Ensure that daily deliverables are met with high level of accuracy.
• High level of understanding required about client business and metrics and tools used.
• Hands on experience in SAP/Oracle or any other application will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate high level of commitment and customer satisfaction.
• Quick Leaner/Team Player/Positive approach.
• High proficiency in MS Office Tools – Excel/word/PowerPoint
• Responsible for timely resolution of all queries and escalations from clients/customers.
• Ensure that adequate & update process documentation exists and is being used.
• Ready to take ownership and accountable for the process aligned.
• Flexible with working hours/ under pressure environment.
