High Proficiency in English - Written and Verbal.
Worked with Shared Services module or with Third Party client is preferred.
Involved in Process Transition will be an added advantage especially in PTP Procure to Pay.
Ensure that daily deliverables are met with high level of accuracy.
High level of understanding required about client business and metrics and tools used.
Hands on experience in SAP/Oracle or any other application will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate high level of commitment and customer satisfaction.
Quick Leaner/Team Player/Positive approach.
High proficiency in MS Office Tools Excel/word/PowerPoint
Responsible for timely resolution of all queries and escalations from clients/customers.
Ensure that adequate & update process documentation exists and is being used.
Ready to take ownership and accountable for the process aligned.
Flexible with working hours/ under pressure environment.
