Job description:

• Responsible for the operational and management reporting responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and drive daily numbers of the business unit

• Drive results in volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high quality scores

• Analyze data statistically and provide meaningful and relevant summary
