Job Description

Job Title: OT Nurse

Location: Nalpada, Thane

Experience: 1-3 years (Operation Theatre)

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled OT Nurse to provide assistance during surgical procedures, maintain sterility, and ensure proper patient care before, during, and after operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients and OT for surgical procedures

Assist surgeons during operations with instruments and equipment

Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols

Monitor patient vitals during procedures

Handle pre-operative and post-operative nursing care

Ensure OT supplies and instruments are available and sterilized

Requirements:

GNM/ Nursing with valid registration

Minimum 1 year of OT experience preferred

Strong knowledge of OT protocols and aseptic techniques

Good communication and coordination skills
