1. purpose

the pavitramenthe pvt ltd head of operations - processing has overall responsibility for the delivery of the company’s operational performance at processing level, against its business plan targets and budgets. he/she will work as a member of the leadership team, contributing to strategy and policy development and working as part of a senior management team by implementing decisions and developing performance.

this includes:

• to be accountable to the md in ensuring that the implementation of the mission, policies, objectives and operation of pavitramenthe pvt ltd. are fulfilled;

• assign, assist and support pavitramenthe’s management team, in ensuring the company’s strategy is geared towards the growth and development of the company and its modus operandi in achieving this;

• assists and supports the md in the oversight and management of all processing staff, both managers and officers within the organization;

• assists and supports the md in the performance of the processing management team;

• to spearhead through your management team efforts to collect and evaluate operations data and to improve operational efficiencies in all aspects of processing, including quality control;

• assist and support the coordination of the development and implementation of new programs;

• to take part and when necessary convene action orientated management team meetings on a regular and appropriate basis;

• support and directly assist in managing effective communications between pavitramenthe and dr bronner’s special operations staff and other third parties in matters related to processing operations at pavitramenthe;

• play a leading, constructive and supporting role in cultivating strong and transparent working relationships with the pavitramenthe management team, the ics team and all pavitramenthe member farmers and the
