Ensure all O&M activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Co-ordination of all Highway operations and maintenance work.
Preparation and monitoring of DPR, WPR and MPRs.
Maintain a track of the Bituminous Overlay works of different Contractors on different project sites
Close Co-ordination with the project/site team and contractors to ensure that all Major Maintenance / Overlay works /COS works will be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and manage budgets & forecast.
MIS reporting
Vendor Bill verification and certification.
Preparation of contractual/tender/ Request for bid documents
Maintaining correspondence and documents
Liaising with external agencies such as LIEs, Lenders, Auditors.
Improve operational management system, process, and best practices.
Specific demands on the job:
Experience in Highway construction, O&M of Highways.
Proficiency in MS Excel / MS word / MS Powepoint
Knowledge of Organizational effectiveness & operation management
Experience in budget & forecasting
Familiarity with business & financial principles
