ensure all o&m activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

co-ordination of all highway operations and maintenance work.

preparation and monitoring of dpr, wpr and mpr’s.

maintain a track of the bituminous overlay works of different contractors on different project sites

close co-ordination with the project/site team and contractors to ensure that all major maintenance / overlay works /cos works will be completed in a timely and efficient manner.

prepare and manage budgets & forecast.

mis reporting

vendor bill verification and certification.

preparation of contractual/tender/ request for bid documents

maintaining correspondence and documents

liaising with external agencies such as lies, lenders, auditors.

improve operational management system, process, and best practices.

specific demands on the job:

experience in highway construction, o&m of highways.

proficiency in ms excel / ms word / ms powepoint

knowledge of organizational effectiveness & operation management

experience in budget & forecasting

familiarity with business & financial principles

project management
