Position Overview: The Hotel Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and Food & Beverage services. This key leadership role requires a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.

2. Supervise department heads and frontline staff, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.

3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.

4. Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns promptly.

5. Manage budgets and expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and maintenance, to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

6. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to drive revenue growth and achieve occupancy goals.

7. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify areas for improvement and maintenance needs.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations and guest experiences.
