Job Description of Operations Executive

Job Location: Bidyanagar, Mahura, Janla, Bhubaneswar

Internship/Probation Period- 1 year

Remuneration-15k per month (5k will be increased after one year, subject to satisfactory performance as per the performance appraisal)

Food & Accommodation-provided to specific candidates, not for all

Background:

As the Operations Executive Assistant will be completely responsible for tracking, monitor & report in the dashboard all the core functions and performance of the entire team. You will be accountable to ensure all the standard operating procedures for the different products, processes, and core deliverables of the team as per their JD, KRI & KPI of their job roles are tracked, monitored, and reported to the MD for decision-making.

This position is an essential component for Shailja Organics Private Limited, continued growth, and success as you will work with all the key stakeholders.

Operations Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating all the core functions and activities related to market research, sales, and marketing, logistics, business promotion, harvesting, maintenance, visits to the firms, accreditation legal & statutory compliances are met within the deadlines in alignment with organization goals.

We are looking for an organized Operations Executive Assistant to assist Operations Executive role includes the following tasks: Communicating with the Managing Director to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.

They develop company policies, monitor compliance, and oversee projects and budgets. Their duties include realizing the company's business objectives by promoting efficiency and increasing profitability.
