We are seeking a proactive professional to join our Insurance Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks related to insurance Renewals, claims processing and customer servicing to ensure efficient and accurate execution of insurance processes.

Process and manage renewals Provide operational support to claims Process
Coordinate with internal teams (sales) Ensure timely and accurate data entry into CRM Assist in claims document collection, Renewal Cheque collection and coordination with the RM’s Quotation Generation & preparation (Excel) Monthly & Daily Report
