1. At least one year of bidding experience on Upwork.

2. Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, PPH, Guru, freelancer, etc).

3. Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.

4. Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication and Proposal making/writing.

5. Excellent communication (written & verbally) & interpersonal skills.

6. Flair for business development.

7. Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

8. Have to work for a few hours at night too
