The Executive Assistant will work directly with executives and will be responsible for performing

a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional,

and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate

Duties and responsibilities

Acting as the point of contact between senior management and internal or external

colleagues

Handling correspondence directed to senior management

Schedule meetings and appointments

Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently

Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and

interfacing with clients

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry

partners

Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management

Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries

Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place
