2. handle complaint calls politely and solve basic issues.

3. book porters or helpers whenever needed.

4. help with office work like filing, record keeping, and data entry.

5. coordinate with vendors and delivery people.

6. assist the team and manager in daily office activities.

7. do other small tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

skills needed:

1. good communication in hindi

2. basic computer knowledge (ms office, google sheets, email).

3. polite and confident on calls.

4. good at organizing work and managing time.

5. ready to learn and take responsibility.

education:

minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
