**Job Opening: School Outreach Executive (Aeromodelling & Drone Training Workshops)**

About the Role

We are looking for a bself-starter who can independently build strong relationships with local schools in Delhi-NCR. Your main job will be to introduce our exciting aeromodelling workshops and certified drone training programs to school principals, coordinators, and activity heads - then follow up professionally until the workshops are confirmed and successfully delivered.

What You’ll Do

- Research and map target schools in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, and nearby areas

- Write clear, attractive introduction emails, proposals, and WhatsApp messages

- Make polite follow-up calls and messages (you must enjoy talking to people)

- Handle all queries from schools, parents, and teachers with patience and professionalism

- Collect feedback after every workshop and share it with the team

- Track your leads and conversions in a simple shared sheet

Who We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

- Self-starter who doesn’t need daily supervision

- Excellent knowledge of local schools in Delhi-NCR (which schools run aero clubs, robotics clubs, or have active PTMs)

- Strong written and spoken English + Hindi (professional yet friendly tone)

- Pleasing personality - warm, confident, and patient while speaking to principals and teachers

- Comfortable writing short introductions, follow-ups, and handling objections

- Basic computer skills (Gmail, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)

- Passion for drones/aeromodelling is a big plus (even if you’re not an expert yet - we’ll train you)

Salary:

₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives (based on workshops closed)
