Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Clean office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms
Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed
Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff, visitors, and guests
Ensure office supplies are stocked and request replenishments as necessary
Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents, parcels, or items from external vendors
Help with setting up meeting rooms for events, conferences, and meetings (including arranging refreshments, if required).
Assist other team members in various administrative tasks and errands as needed
Support in organizing events or meetings when required.
