Office Boy || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a dedicated Office Boy to support the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position based in Rajkot, ideal for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience who have completed at least their 10th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Ensure the office premises are tidy by regularly cleaning workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.

- **Serving Refreshments:** Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcomed.

- **Assisting with Deliveries:** Help with receiving and distributing mail, packages, and other deliveries, ensuring they reach the right person promptly.

- **Supporting Office Staff:** Assist office staff with various daily tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties as needed.

- **Stock Management:** Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as paper, pens, and cleaning materials, to maintain an efficient workspace.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a positive and friendly attitude, with good communication skills to interact with colleagues and visitors. Basic knowledge of office procedures is helpful, but not mandatory. Candidates must be reliable and punctual, as the role requires adhering to a set work schedule. A willingness to work hard and learn new tasks will be essential for success in this position.
