€¢ Primarily responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
€¢ Managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments as per the guidance and direction of Admin In-charge
€¢ Able to manage and coordinate overall housekeeping activities, serving tea and snacks to employees/Guest, made preparations for office meetings etc.
€¢ Assist in making logistic arrangements for employees, if required.
€¢ Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
€¢ Oversee office facilities, ensuring a clean, organized, and comfortable work environment.
€¢ Sometimes the candidate will be responsible for outgoing tasks if required.
€¢ Receiving materials from vendors, dispatch Parcel/postal/courier items and handover it to Administrative In-charge .
€¢ Any other tasks assigned by the Administrative In-charge
