Office Boy (Male)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our daily operations in our office located in Kudasan. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure a smooth working environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Office Maintenance:** Regularly clean and organize the office spaces to create a tidy and professional work environment.

- **Supply Management:** Monitor and restock office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for the team.

- **Assisting Staff:** Provide support to staff by delivering documents, packages, and other items as needed throughout the office.

- **Refreshments Preparation:** Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and snacks for employees and visitors, maintaining cleanliness in the pantry area.

- **Mail Handling:** Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly to the appropriate staff members.

- **Facility Support:** Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as reporting issues to the maintenance team or coordinating repairs when necessary.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. A 12th-grade education is mandatory. Candidates should have good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact well with colleagues and visitors. Basic knowledge of office etiquette and the ability to follow instructions are essential. Being punctual, responsible, and having a positive attitude will greatly contribute to success in this role.
