Job Description

Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate terms, obtain quotes, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Maintain a comprehensive vendor database, including contact information, pricing, and service details.

Collaborate with the procurement team to source new vendors and evaluate existing partnerships.

Client Services:

Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.

Assist clients in understanding our services, pricing, and any other relevant information.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and send detailed proposals to clients based on their requirements and preferences.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure proposals align with company branding and standards.

Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding proposals.

Administrative Support:

Assist in general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and manage office communications.
