Responsibilities: Managing office administrative activities Maintaining compliance and completing work in a timely manner Ensuring all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation Managing the efficient operation and appropriate support of all business functions Answering calls, providing customer service with empathy and documenting messages Identifying potential issues and providing effective solutions Maintaining communication with various parties over the phone or by email Managing and improving customer satisfaction, including the resolution of complaints Representing the Company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism IT support, facilitating weekly computer backups, software upgrades and organization Assist in tracking employee hours and expenses for projects Conduct research and gather data for a variety of projects or business development plans Utilizing specialized software for data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and project management Supporting marketing efforts and continuing to grow personally and professionally in the business Mentoring new colleagues when needed to efficiently perform all assigned tasks Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management Master’s degree in Accounting or Engineering preferred / Any graduate Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or cost estimator will be preferred Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable with VOIP services and 24/7 work timings Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Min 2 years of experience in dealing with American clients over the phone Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and critical thinking Multi-tasking and navigation in a Windows environment Willingness to learn and passion for helping others Prior experience in International BPO/KPO specifically in US process is highly valued Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and handle difficult situations calmly.
