Assist with preparing bills, invoices, and delivery challans.

Support the accounts or billing team with data entry (Tally/Excel).

Receive and sort incoming documents, courier packages, and deliveries.

Maintain stock registers and office supply inventory.

Answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, and directing inquiries.

Follow up and maintain regular contact with customers.

Provides office communications support by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status.
