Administrative responsibilities

Office support: Answering telephones, directing calls, taking messages, and managing the reception area.

Document management: Filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing important documents.

Logistical support: Assisting with logistical and organizational tasks for meetings, workshops, and other events.

Errands and general tasks: Running official errands and assisting with other office services as needed.

Driving and vehicle responsibilities

Safe transportation: Transporting staff, visitors, and clients to designated locations safely and punctually.

Delivery and collection: Delivering and collecting documents, packages, and other materials.

Vehicle maintenance: Ensuring the vehicle is clean, in good working order, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Record keeping: Keeping up-to-date vehicle logs, maintenance records, and fuel consumption reports.

Safety compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including performing basic checks on vehicle fluids and electrical conditions.
