vehicle maintenance: ensuring the vehicle is clean, in good working order, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

record keeping: keeping up-to-date vehicle logs, maintenance records, and fuel consumption reports.

safety compliance: adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including performing basic checks on vehicle fluids and electrical conditions.
