We are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to drive business growth within the OEM segment of the architectural hardware manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering with business strategy and key account management skills to expand OEM partnerships on a PAN India basis.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute OEM sales and business strategies for architectural hardware products
Drive PAN India OEM sales development and business expansion
Identify, onboard, and develop new OEM accounts to ensure consistent year-on-year growth
Manage and grow direct business with OEM customers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEM clients and key decision-makers
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and maintain an active target account pipeline
Develop and monitor annual sales plans for assigned territories and OEM accounts
Act as a key interface with senior management for product proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams for product customization, pricing, order execution, and delivery
Track market trends, competitor activities, and OEM requirements
🔹 Candidate Profile
8 – 10 years of experience in OEM sales / key account management
Strong exposure to architectural hardware or building materials industry preferred
Mechanical engineering background with strong commercial understanding (MBA)
Proven ability to independently strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience handling PAN India OEM accounts
Willingness to travel extensively across India
