Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and tutorials on pediatric nursing.

• Guide students through clinical postings in pediatric departments and child health centers.

• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.

• Supervise student performance and provide academic and clinical feedback.

• Organize workshops, seminars, and skills labs focused on child healthcare.

• Ensure adherence to nursing education standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in curriculum planning, review, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain records of student performance and clinical attendance.

• Serve as a role model of professionalism and ethical nursing practice.
