Walk-In Interview For Nurse - Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees and dependents.

• Assist the Medical Officer/Doctor during consultations and treatments.

• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed.

• Maintain patient records, treatment notes, and daily reports.

• Conduct regular health checks, screenings, and follow-up care.

• Manage Hospital supplies, maintain stock, and ensure proper storage of medicines.

• Handle emergency cases promptly and efficiently.

• Educate workers on health, hygiene, and preventive care.

• Support health awareness programs and medical camps conducted at the estate.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dispensary premises.

• Maintain healthy relation with workers/their dependants.

• The nurse is expected to stay in the estate – quarters will be provided by the company

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• . Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred).

• Good communication skills and a compassionate approach.
