Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled NPD (New Product Development) Engineer/Designer with experience in casting processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving new metal components and products.

 Design and develop new products as per client requirements

 Create detailed 2D/3D drawings and models

 Work closely with the casting and production team

 Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-efficiency

 Conduct product testing, validation, and improvements

 Coordinate with clients for technical specifications and modifications

 Ensure quality standards and timelines are met

 Experience in product development lifecycle

 Knowledge of machining and finishing processes

 Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
