we are looking for an associate – content, and training to develop content and train facilitators effectively.

the ideal candidate: - enjoys working with and for students - understands the circumstances under which a govt high school child is performing - dreams of a better tomorrow for everyone - is creative and capable of communicating visually and verbally - takes on challenges and is eager for feedback - research is definitely his/her forte - converts information into interesting content - interested in visiting schools and studying how the content is being absorbed by young adolescents - can train others on the content developed -

qualifications: bachelors in arts/ psychology/ literature/ journalism - expertise in ms office tools is a must responsibilities will include: - developing content for various aspects of the program - writing instructional content/ facilitator guide - experience in creating learning content for k12 - interact with industry experts to vet content - train delivery team on the content to be presented in schools - observes classes when the content is being delivered and seeks feedback to constantly upgrade - researches on the different interests of the children and provides relevant information - develops impact pieces on the program while interacting with relevant stakeholders
