They coordinate between R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams, often within FMCG, cosmetic, or manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Formulation: Assisting in creating new product concepts and overseeing the formulation process.
Market & Trend Analysis: Researching market trends to identify new product opportunities.
Coordination & Logistics: Coordinating with R&D, Quality, Production, and Marketing teams for smooth product launches.
Packaging & Regulatory Compliance: Working with vendors for packaging material and ensuring products meet regulatory standards.
Support & Documentation: Managing documentation, including product specifications, certificates of analysis (COAs), and artwork approvals.
Sales & Promotional Support: Assisting in developing marketing strategies and gathering consumer feedback to track product performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, typically in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical product development is often required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product formulation and manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
