be able to perform role of team lead.

perform function testing and also resolution of helpdesk issues reported by application users.

l-3 network support engineer in addition to skill sets of l-1 and l-2, co-ordinate with service provider/vendors regarding flm (first line maintenance) of gpon equipment and co-ordinate incremental fiber maintenance. preparing of user/admin manual as per process requirement.

in addition to skill sets of l1, experience of working in the area of network monitoring and troubleshooting. preparation of daily/weekly reported by management.

good knowledge of troubleshooting and management of network technologies. basic knowledge/understanding of a network operation centre of any magnitude and its functioning. basic understanding of gpon technology and components such as olt, ont, oc splitters and optical cables, etc.
