Hiring For Networking Engineer

We are looking for a Networking Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in networking and should possess the following key responsibilities and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement Network Solutions: Create effective networking systems and configurations tailored to meet company needs, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Monitor Network Performance: Regularly check the network system for performance issues and troubleshoot any problems to maintain optimal functioning.

- Maintain Network Security: Protect the network from unauthorized access and vulnerabilities by implementing security measures and staying updated with the latest cybersecurity practices.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other IT professionals to integrate networking with other areas of technology and ensure smooth functionality across departments.

- Provide Technical Support: Assist users with network-related issues, offering clear solutions and guidance to help resolve their problems quickly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, and BGP, demonstrating an understanding of how data is transmitted across networks.

- Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls, showcasing the ability to configure and maintain these devices.

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools to identify issues proactively is essential for maintaining network reliability.

- Good communication skills are necessary to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members and collect relevant information from users.

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications, ideally in networking.
