• Btech Degree with CCNA with at least 5 years of relevant practical hands-on experience in telecom Sector

• Working knowledge in various network products in Telecom such as installation & commissioning of leased line connection from company to customer end

• Provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues.

• Maintaince and depolyment of the network and also troubleshooting

• checking all trouble tickets and resolve the same

• assisting NOC members with escalated cases

• Technical Skills: Routing protocol: switching: LAN Technologies: Routers: Transmission Technologies

• leading the team for better output
