About the Role:

Nipun IT Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Network

Engineers (L1) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers

and early-career professionals who are passionate about networking and field

operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• , Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

• Network Training Certification/CCNA

• 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Candidates must have completed their degree

(Currently pursuing candidates are not eligible)

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls

• Experience in crimping, cabling, and RJ45 jack preparation

• Basic server configuration and software installation

• Knowledge of routing, switching, and sub-netting

• Familiarity with network troubleshooting commands

• Remote connectivity and technical support handling

• Ability to configure and troubleshoot network devices

• Understanding of network infrastructure setup and maintenance

• Field support experience preferred (not a desk-based role)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong practical knowledge of Crimping and Cabling
