1 Cisco Switching – L2 Protocols

2 Wireless Technologies (P2P , PMP & WLC based Campus Wi Fi)

3 Passive Networking Knowledge for OFC, UTP and associated components

4 Network Problem identifying and solving

5 Good Verbal Communication skill

Good to have skills

1 Good Written Communication skill

2 Able to manage customer relations

3 Able to understand criticalness of the issue
