Network Engineer

o Strong knowledge of industry best practices in IT around Change, Problem, and Incident Management.

o Customer service and liaison skills between Command and Control operations and multiple technical / business support areas and customers.

o Strong interpersonal skills.

o Ability to coordinate incident resolution when dealing with multiple support areas and/or suppliers.

o Technical SME in the Network area with IP routing and switching, firewalls, wireless.

o Excellent written and oral communication skills.

o Maintain network inventory, contracts, track changes

o Create monthly reports, highlight areas of concern, suggest, resolve, and close
