Network Engineer

Monitoring and manage Router, Switches and firewall.

· Co-coordinating with ISP and maintain the links.

· Support power shut down activity for network devices.

· IOS Upgradation on Router and switch.

· Working with BGP, OSPF, STP, VLAN, and TRUNK Protocol (VTP3-Dot ).

· Monitoring all ISP, MPLS, PRI links.

· Checking all global countries wan network issue and check with concern team.

· Troubleshoot all issue.(packet drops, latency, service not reachable)

· Monitoring all the devices via tools. (HPNNMI, ORION, ScienceLogic, Dyanatrace,)

· Managing all device inventory.

· Monitoring all devices, links, and service during activity.

· Checking RCA with ISP.

· Taking all device backup when required.(NCM and CrushFTP)

· Attend daily morning call with pending tickets.

· Send daily morning checklist to project manager and network manager.

· Monitor all VPN network.

· Support and co-ordinate with Team members.

· Raise change request for scheduling any network related activity
