Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales of the Ortho division across Pan India. This role involves developing and executing national sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets for the Ortho portfolio.
o Provide strategic guidance and direction to regional/zonal sales teams.
o Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand market share.
Sales Management:
o Achieve national sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth across all regions.
o Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
o Manage the national sales budget and optimize resource allocation.
Team Leadership:
o Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate regional/zonal sales managers and their teams.
o Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-focused sales culture.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), Ortho , cosmetologists, and other key influencers nationwide.
o Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to develop and execute effective promotional activities.
o Represent the company at national conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
Market Development:
o Identify and develop new market segments, distribution channels, and business opportunities.
o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
o Launch new products and expand the reach of existing product lines across the country.
