Mother Teacher (Female)

We are looking for a dedicated Mother Teacher to join our team in Ankhol. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in education and will be responsible for nurturing young minds in a caring and structured environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Create and Implement Lesson Plans:** Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum goals, ensuring they are engaging and educational for children.

- **Foster a Safe and Welcoming Environment:** Maintain a classroom atmosphere that is comfortable and secure, promoting positive relationships among students and encouraging them to express themselves freely.

- **Assess Student Progress:** Regularly evaluate children's progress through observations and assessments, providing feedback to both students and parents to support their learning journey.

- **Support Social and Emotional Development:** Help children build social skills and emotional intelligence by guiding them in cooperative play and conflict resolution.

- **Communicate with Parents:** Maintain open lines of communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's development and involving them in the learning process.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young children. A nurturing attitude and patience are essential, as is the ability to adapt to various learning styles. Candidates should be organized and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
