Duties & Responsibilities-The key responsibilities of this position are as given below:1.Assist in the development of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Plan,data collection tools and their effective implementation.2. Oversee the data collection, analysis, and interpretation through preparingreports/presentations to track project/program progress and identify areas forimprovement.3.Ensure the quality and accuracy of project/program data and reports throughregular data quality assessments, verification and validation exercises.4.Review, analyze, and present findings from monitoring reports and othercollected data to identify insights and provide inputs on project/programimplementation strategy.5.Contribute to the preparation of regular progress reports and other documentationasrequired by donors or stakeholders.

Kpi monitoring and evaluation work from home

Responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project Documentation and reporting of training and activities Compilation of documents and publishing Compiling case studies and success stories of work Documentation and sharing collateral communication Monitoring and reporting progress report against work plan and implementation schedules Participating in team meetings and reviews, staff engagement activities Attend the induction and on the job trainings. Executing and conducting the Trainings for field staffs/ volunteers.Provide hand holding support to the team after training throughout the project timeline. Induct new members of staff by providing them with the requisite preparation and teaching upon their appointments. Identify and close gaps in existing staff members' skills through instruction Passionate in teaching and learning process
