Job Description

The Smartphone Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing faults and rectifying it in a smart phone brought in by a customer.

€¢ Knowledge of repair techniques for various brands of smart phone

€¢ Mobile Phone & Tablets both Android Devices Troubleshooting & Problem Solving up to L2 Level

€¢ Replacement of All Hardware Parts ( Screen, Battery, Sub board, Main board,Phone Housing etc ) and software updating.

€¢ Positive personality

€¢ Able to multi task and Well Organised

€¢ Team Player

€¢ Able to work under pressure

€¢ Time management skills and the ability to establish and meet deadlines

€¢ Ensure Daily Cleanliness of Technical Department
