Designation: Sales Support cum MIS Executive

Job Location: Lower Parel Mumbai

Experience: 3-9 Years

Responsibilities:

Sales coordinators maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.

Prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line.

Direct point of contact for answering the phone calls and emails pertaining to sales questions or concerns

Responsible for the development of sales.

Creating schedules for sales teams

Tracking sales leads

Coordinating interdepartmental materials requirements.

To support & coordinate with the sales team in all matters.

Solving fieldwork employee query regarding of system.

Responding to query on an immediate basis, need to resolve the query & confirm it from the user.

Upload orders in SAP

Uploaded order update in different sheets

Invoice updating in different sheets.

Have experience in dispatch management . Tracking records of cartons & follow-up.

Updating status in the pending order sheet.

Making reports (party-wise report, )

Tallying sheets with total dispatch boxes & amount & pending for dispatch

Balance pending order close in sap & update in all sheet every month end.

Prepare barcode files
