key responsibilities:

data management:

- collect, organize, and maintain data across various departments within the organization.

- ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data through regular audits and validations.

system development and maintenance:

- develop, implement, and maintain mis systems tailored to the organization's needs.

- collaborate with it and other departments to integrate new software and upgrade existing systems.

reporting and analysis:

- generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into business operations and performance.

analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

process improvement:

- identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data collection, processing, and reporting efficiency.

- stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in mis.

support and training:

required qualifications

- bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field.

- proven experience in mis, data analysis, or a related field.

- strong proficiency in microsoft excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.

- familiarity with sql and database management systems.

- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- effective verbal and written communication skills.

- strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- experience with data visualization tools (., tableau, power bi) is a plus.

- knowledge of business intelligence concepts and frameworks.

- understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards
