We are Hiring Ticket Counter Staffs, Who are Responsible for Selling Tickets, Processing Payments, Answering Customer Inquiries, and Managing Reservations to Ensure a Seamless Guest Experience from Start to Finish.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Sales & Issuance: Process Ticket Sales, Print Passes, and Issue Receipts for Events, Travel, or Attractions.
Customer Service: Welcome Guests, Provide Schedule and Route Information, and Address Complaints or Queries Professionally.
Cash Handling: Manage Cash Registers, Process Card/digital Payments, and Accurately Balance Daily Sales and Receipts.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Any Degree
Basic Computer and Point-of-sale (pos) System Literacy.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities.
Conflict Resolution and the Ability to Remain Calm Under Pressure.
Basic Arithmetic and High Attention to Detail for Cash Reconciliation
