Sourcing & Costing: Calculate garment costs and buy the right fabrics, yarns, and accessories.

Sampling: Create and get buyer approval for proto, fit, and pre-production ning (T&A):

Set up Time and Action calendars to track every step of production

.Coordination: Link internal teams (cutting, sewing, packing) with external clients.
