• complete follow-up and shipment of all client orders
• consideration of all customer specific requirements . sampling, testing, etc.
• issuing sales confirmation and purchase contract
• communication regarding order execution with customer as well as vendor
• conducting inspections as per order maintenance file
• shipment schedule control
• export documentation control
• as400 system maintenance on daily basis
• maintenance of open order maintenance file on daily basis
• weekly updating to sales management about order status
• active order generation and order placement with existing customers
• active order generation and order placement with new customers
• provide all sales & purchases invoices to finance dept on time.
• ensure order execution on time and in the right quality
• develop new assortments based on the requirement from the customer side
• build close customer relationships
• negotiate prices
• close communicate with outside vendor and sources.
requirement and skills required:
• candidate must be from our industry, either competitor or similar
• candidate needs to add value immorality to the company.
• proven working experience in merchandising.
• highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
• commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.
• bs degree in marketing or related field.
