Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the system.
Escalate calls to mental health professionals when required (for urgent or complex situations).
Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and consultation bookings.
Collaborate with the mental health support team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills in the preferred language(s) — English, Hindi, Bengali, etc.
Polite, patient, and empathetic tone, especially while dealing with sensitive topics.
Basic knowledge of mental health services (training is often provided).
Strong listening skills and ability to handle distressed individuals calmly.
Computer literacy — ability to update records and use basic CRM or booking software.
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a mental health-related role is an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Graduate in any stream (Psychology or Social Work is a plus but not mandatory).
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are often welcome.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, counseling services, or call center environment is beneficial.
